“It takes heaps of beer to make a good wine” is quite a recognized quote amongst the wine industry!  That is why with The WINERAM Experience we have taken MOA Brewing Company on board as the winemakers “go-to” beer.  Joshua Scott, son of the Alan Scott Wine family has taken a similar approach to the world of brewing as one might in the wine industry.  A world-leading Brewmaster, Josh has developed beers such as the bottle-fermented “Methode”, a similar concept used in producing Champagne & sparkling wine.
